Abductor digiti minimi, lillfingrets utåtförare, är den ytligaste av hypothenarmusklerna. Det är en platt och långsträckt muskel som har sitt ursprung på os pisiforme, lig. pisohamatum och senan från m. flexor carpi ulnaris. Från dess ursprung löper muskeln distalt i handen till sitt fäste på basen av lillfingrets proximala falang. Abductor digiti minimi, lilltåns utåtförare, är en liten muskel lokaliserad till fotens laterala rand. Den utgår från tuber calcanei samt plantaraponeurosens bakre del.
